Thanksgiving Prepared Meal Packages
Let us cook for your Thanksgiving gathering! Packages are prepared and delivered to you in re-heatable aluminum containers on Tuesday, November 25th and Wednesday, November 26th. Packages include each of the base dishes below with the option to order additional specialty items. Order at ellieandorioncook.com with your guest count and preferred delivery date and we will send you an email invoice. We look forward to cooking for you this holiday season!
Base Package Includes:
Brined heritage turkey breast, prepared to be finished in the oven to reheat and crisp the skin OR
Brined heritage turkey breast and thigh, prepared to be finished in the oven to reheat and crisp the skin
Savory turkey gravy
Cranberry marmalade
Garlic whipped potatoes
Green beans with creamy mushroom sauce and crispy onions
Sourdough stuffing with house-made sausage, sage, and apple
Wheat brioche rolls
Additional Side and Dessert Options: $8 per person
